1. Acceptance of Terms

We provide HVAC installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance services in Florida.

All services are subject to inspection, availability, and written estimates.

3. Estimates & Pricing

- Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection.

- Hidden conditions may result in additional charges.

- Final pricing will be confirmed before additional work is performed.

Quotes provided online or over the phone are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- We reserve the right to charge late fees on unpaid balances.

- Customer agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs if payment is not made.

5. Maintenance Plans

If you enroll in a maintenance plan:

- Plans renew annually unless canceled.

- Fees must be paid in advance or according to the agreed billing schedule.

- Benefits apply only while the plan is active.

- Plans are non-transferable unless approved in writing.

Cancellation terms should be clearly outlined in your maintenance agreement (recommended to have a separate signed document).

6. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment as provided by the manufacturer.

Labor warranties, if offered, will be stated in writing.

We do not guarantee that repairs will extend the life of existing equipment beyond its reasonable service life.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Florida law:

Baez & Son Air Condition & Heating shall not be liable for:

- Indirect or incidental damages

- Loss of use

- Property damage caused by pre-existing conditions

- Delays beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customer agrees to:

- Provide safe and clear access to equipment

- Disclose known issues

- Secure pets

- Ensure utilities are active

We are not responsible for delays caused by unsafe or inaccessible conditions.

9. Licensing

Baez & Son Air Condition & Heating operates in compliance with Florida HVAC contractor licensing requirements.
